This concerns the development of new residential areas, industrial estates, recreational areas and the redevelopment of existing urban areas or public transport hubs. By providing space for living, working and recreation, the economy and the quality of the living environment can be enhanced.
Real estate relates to location development, purchase of land and real estate, redevelopment and real estate management. These are connected to aspects concerning spatial quality, accessibility, parking and sustainability, such as buildings that are energy efficient and do not use natural gas.
VINU works for society-driven organisations such as government departments, provinces, regions, municipalities, port authorities, airport authorities, public-private development companies, energy companies, transport companies, infra management, housing corporations and district water boards.
Our approach is based on the successful Dutch polder model. To protect our country against the water, it has always been necessary for everyone to work together. Even though stakeholders may have different views and interests, we have to look for solutions. Only then can we keep our country safe.
